General terms and conditions 

1. Preamble and effectiveness of the General Conditions

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") are aimed at regulating the purchase of products, made at a distance and made available via the Internet from the site (hereinafter, the "Site") in compliance with European legislation.

The consumer who accesses the Site to make purchases (hereinafter "Customer") is required, before sending the order, to carefully read these Terms and Conditions which have been made available to him on the Site and which will be available at all times by the Customer.  

The contracts concluded with Saporodoro through the Site are governed by these General Conditions in accordance with European law. 

2. Choose and order the Products

The characteristics and price of the various products on sale on the Site (hereinafter "Product" or "Products") are shown on the page relating to each Product.

For the purchase of the Products, the Customer must fill in and send the order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained in the Site. The Customer must add the Product to the "Shopping Cart" and, after having read the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy and confirmed their acceptance, must enter the shipping data and any billing, select the desired payment method and confirm the order.

By sending the order from the Site, which has the value of a contractual proposal, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these General Conditions and payment transcribed.

The contract stipulated between Sapordoro and the Customer shall be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Sapordoro This acceptance is communicated to the Customer by means of an order confirmation email containing a reference to these General Conditions, the order number, shipping and invoicing data, the list of Products ordered and the total price, including delivery costs.

Once the order has been received, Sapordoro will check the availability of stocks for the execution of the order itself. In the event that one or more Products are not available, Customer Service will 

Sapordoro will send timely notice by email to the customer who, within the next 12 hours, will have the right to respond to confirm the shipment of any further

Products available or cancel it. If there is no response within this period, the order will be considered 

confirmed and the Products available will be shipped. If only a few products are not in stock, Sapordoro will process the order with the available products. In both cases, 

the amount for the missing Products will be immediately reversed depending on the payment method chosen.


3. Product Information

Information and features relating to the Products are available on the Site.

The visual representation of the Products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image accompanying the description sheet. It is understood that the image of the Products themselves has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale and may not be perfectly representative.

4. Prices and shipping

The prices of the products are inclusive of all taxes and duties. All prices are in Euro.

- Shipping to Luxembourg:

Throughout Luxembourg shipping is free for orders over 99.99 €, for lower amounts the cost of shipping is variable based on the total cost.

- Shipping abroad:

Shipping is free for orders over 99.99 €. For smaller amounts the cost of shipping is variable based on the total expenditure.

5. Methods of payment and invoicing

5.1 Payment methods

The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by credit card, PayPal, prepaid cards. 

Credit Card

The circuits on which you can buy within the Site are:

Visa / Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club International.

To ensure maximum security, the customer will make the payment transaction directly on the secure server of the bank.

The Site does not store the customer's credit card number, but thanks to the secure communication system of the credit institution of reference, from the second expense, the customer who so desires - by selecting the appropriate option - can proceed with the purchase without entering

6. Transport and delivery

The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the appropriate field "Shipping Data".

All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and national holidays. Sapordoro is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or those not attributable to it.

Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to refer to for tracking the shipment.

In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the Products ordered will be delivered within a maximum of 5 (5) working days from the day following the day on which he confirmed the order to the Customer by means of a special order confirmation email.

- Delivery services active in Luxembourg:


The service includes 2 attempts to deliver to the address indicated at the time of order. After each step you will be left with a notice. At the second failed delivery attempt, the courier will contact the recipient of the order by phone at the telephone number indicated, to 

arrange for delivery. If the goods cannot be traced or are absent, they will be returned to the warehouse.

- Active delivery services abroad:


Countries where the service is active: Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Switzerland, Italy. 

7. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, except in cases of exclusion provided for in point IV below. To exercise this right, the Customer must send Sapordoro a notice within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products, if he intends to exercise the withdrawal before receiving the Products, the notice of withdrawal may be sent at any time before their receipt.

This notice must be sent by registered letter with return receipt, addressed to:

Once the communication has been received, the Customer Service of Saporod'Oro will open a file for the management of the return and will communicate to the Customer instructions on how to return the Products, which will be done by the courier indicated by Saporod'Oro itself.

The right of withdrawal is governed by the following conditions:

I. The right applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of several components or parts, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on part of the Product purchased.

II. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal Saporod'Oro will refund the customer the full amount of the returned goods, including shipping costs where applicable, within 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal was received, without prejudice to the right of Saporod'Oro to suspend payment of the refund until actual receipt of the goods. The refund will be made using the same method of payment used by the Customer, unless the latter has expressly requested a different method. 

III. Also in order to guarantee the free return pursuant to article 8 below, the Products must be returned in the same box in which they were received.

IV. In addition to the cases indicated in the Introduction (customer who is not a consumer and/or who requires the invoice), the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

- order of Products packaged to measure or clearly personalized;

- order of Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

- order sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection or that have been opened after delivery.

With reference to the cases of exclusion of withdrawal listed above, the Customer, in particular, is informed and accepts that among the Products that "are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly" include both all food products (including wines, spirits and beverages) as the characteristics and qualities of such types 

of Products are subject to alteration also as a result of improper storage. Therefore, for reasons of hygiene and protection of customers, the right of withdrawal is only applicable to the 

Products purchased on the Site that can be returned to Saporod'Oro and put back on the market without danger to the health of consumers (such as books, gadgets, kitchen utensils, etc..).

In cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, Saporod'Oro will return the purchased Products to the Customer, charging the same the shipping costs.


8. Free return in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal 

As the most favourable condition for the Customer, Saporod'Oro shall fully bear the shipping costs for the return of the Products in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal.

In order to benefit from this free shipping, the Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must follow the procedure indicated in article 7 above and wait to be contacted by Saporod'Oro to arrange the return of the Products to the courier.

9. Warranty and Conformity Defects

In case of conformity defects of Products sold by Saporod'Oro, the Customer must immediately contact the Customer Service  by sending an email to or

The legal guarantees provided for by the relevant legislation apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer has the right, at his choice and on condition that the type of Product allows it, to the restoration, without 

expenses, the conformity of the Product by repair or replacement, or an appropriate reduction in price or termination of the contract.

Saporod'Oro will intervene as soon as possible by arranging a free collection in order to carry out a thorough verification and propose the most suitable solution.

The Customer shall forfeit these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to Saporod'Oro within two months from the date on which he discovered the lack of conformity, provided that the Product in question is not a Product which

 by its nature is perishable or subject to a shorter period of time, in which case the defect must be reported within that shorter period.


10. Errors and limitations of liability

The information relating to the Products provided through the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors for which Saporod'Oro cannot therefore be held responsible, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Saporod'Oro reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been placed, or to modify or update the information in any of the following ways

Except in the case of intent or gross negligence, any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or to compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for

 direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance or execution, even partial, of an order.

12. Online resolution of consumer disputes (ODR)

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The sales contract between the Customer and Saporod'Oro is concluded in Luxembourg and is governed by Luxembourg law.
