Ready sauce with aubergines
There's all the intense, full-bodied flavour of aubergines, ripened in the summer sun, in our appetising ready-made sauce. Excellent for the preparation of an appetizing first course: just heat the sauce with four tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, drain the pasta al dente and sauté in a pan.
INGREDIENTS: tomatoes, aubergines, onion, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt, black pepper. Acidity corrector: citric acid.
