Pesto with truffle
We all know the classic Ligurian pesto, but few know this fragrant and delicious truffle pesto, excellent for dressing white first courses and tagliatelle and tagliolini dishes.
STORAGE: 24 months.
WARNINGS FOR STORAGE: Store the product in a cool and dry place without strong temperature changes and do not expose it to sunlight.
After opening, store in the fridge after covering with oil for 20 days.
INGREDIENTS: Champignon mushrooms, basil, parsley, celery, hazelnuts, bianchetto truffle, almond flour and peanut oil.
