In recent years this product, typical of Southern Italy, has been rediscovered and used in many different ways in the kitchen.
It can be used to prepare tasty appetizers and aperitifs, to accompany meat and boiled meat dishes, but lately it has been rediscovered its use in first courses (some dried tomatoes added to a preparation of tuna and parsley, sautéed in a pan for a tasty first course.
Ingredients: Sunflower seed oil, vinegar, oregano, salt.
