Dried tomatoes pate
The dried tomato pâté recalls the terraces on which Calabrian grandmothers used to let their tomatoes dry in the sun. This tasty pâté is suitable to accompany meat dishes, or to flavour bruschettas and croutons. It can also be used to season pasta with a more intense taste.
STORAGE: 24 months.
WARNINGS FOR STORAGE: Store the product in a cool and dry place without strong temperature changes and do not expose it to sunlight.
After opening, fill with oil and store in the fridge for 4/5 days.
INGREDIENTS: dried tomatoes, salt, extra virgin olive oil, basil, hot pepper, citric acid, garlic.
