A first course of the Italian tradition tastier and tastier, thanks to the wheat germ.
Prepare 1 litre of water for every 100 grams of product to cook in a large pot; add coarse salt (about 10 - 12 grams per litre); bring to the boil; lower the pasta and cook for the indicated time. Strain and season to taste.
The presence of fresh wheat germ leaves the cooking water slightly green.
