Pappardelle wheat germ (500 gr.)
Cooking time: 5/6 minutes
Arrange 1 litre of water for every 100 grams of product to be cooked in a large pot; add coarse salt (about 10 - 12 grams per liter); bring to the boil; lower the dough and cook for the indicated time. Drain and season as desired.
The presence of wheat germ leaves the cooking water slightly green.
