      Wheat germ egg noodles 

      The thinnest version of the famous Bolognese tagliatelle, but no less tasty and good. It can be cooked in combination with any kind of seasoning.

      Prepare in a large pot 1 liter of water for every 100 grams of product to cook; add coarse salt (about 10 - 12 grams per liter); bring to the boil; lower the pasta and cook for the indicated time. Strain and season to taste.

      INGREDIENTS: Durum wheat semolina, wheat germ, water, eggs.
