The paddy rice used undergoes a soft processing (artisan stone husking) that guarantees a light debarking of the grain, which keeps the nutrients present in the external part, responsible for the taste and the hold of the rice cooking. The processing in single batches and the vacuum storage guarantee the storage of always very fresh and homogeneous batches. The production is also rigorously selected for the colour, purity and size of the grain.
