INGREDIENTS: obtained from the fruit of the olive tree solely by mechanical or other physical means under conditions, in particular technical conditions, which do not alter the oil and which have not undergone any treatment other than washing, decantation, centrifugation or filtration; excluding oils obtained by solvent or re-esterification processes and any mixture with oils of other kinds and having characteristics conforming to those laid down for this category (Regulation (EEC) No 2568/91 and subsequent additions and amendments).
Origin: ITALY. Oil extracted in Italy from olives grown in Italy, using a certified organic method.
CULTIVARS USED: Taggiasca, Ogliarola and Frantoio.
TREATMENT PROCESS: cleaning, washing of olives, grinding, gramolatura, cold extraction and separation (continuous cycle extraction system), storage, bottling, capping, labeling.
STORAGE: 18 months.
FURTHER WARNINGS FOR STORAGE: Store in a cool and dry place away from light and heat sources. Recommended temperature between 18°C and 22°C.
Aroma: fresh fruit.
Taste: medium fruity, almond, artichoke, hints of bitter and spicy.
