Sapori di Bosco Molisani is a small company that with passion and tenacity dedicates itself daily to the production and processing of truffles, porcini mushrooms, in oil, vegetable creams and flavoured oils.
The Sapori di Bosco Molisani company is family-run and has been operating in the agri-food sector since 2002.
The love for the land, the respect for the woods and the passion for niche products, have made it possible to create a growing attachment to our work.
The entrepreneurial idea mainly came from the owner of the company and his children, who, from an initial passion for truffles and the search for the same, decided to realize the idea of being able to make known to the world the riches that our land offers.
This desire was also stimulated both by the strong presence of this tuber in the Molise region and by the territory rich in woods and fertile land, suitable places for the spontaneous birth of the same. The Molise region, in fact, occupies about 40% of the Italian harvest.
In addition to the processing of truffles and porcini mushrooms, a slice of the production of our company, concerns the in oil and vegetable creams. The products are prepared according to family tradition, without any industrial production process and without the addition of preservatives or colorants.
A line of natural products, made even tastier by the extra virgin olive oil that enhances the flavor and authenticity. The careful care of every single production phase allows the final product to be excellent and able to preserve all the fragrance and consistency of the fresh product but, guaranteeing food safety, thanks to the use of cutting-edge machinery.
