Royal Appetizer in extra virgin olive oil
A mixed appetizer with some of the best products of the earth, to open a lunch or dinner in the best way. To be enjoyed with a bit of bread or croutons.
TREATMENT PROCESS: preparation of vegetables, filling of jars, addition of aromatic herbs, filling with extra virgin olive oil, capsuling, heat treatment.
STORAGE: 24 months.
WARNINGS FOR STORAGE: after opening store in the fridge covered with extra virgin olive oil and consume within 15 days.
INGREDIENTS: extra virgin olive oil 28%, pitted olives 21%, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and its group) 21%, dried tomatoes 15%, artichokes 13%, wine vinegar, salt, aromatic herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary), acidity regulator: citric acid.
