Calabrian Nduja in a jar (180 gr.)
Nduja is a spicy salami typical of the traditional Calabrian cuisine, obtained with finely chopped Italian pork meat flavoured with chilli pepper and salt. Once the seasoning cycle is finished, it is mixed with olive oil and placed in glass jars. It is very appreciated for the preparation of bruschettas and succulent sandwiches, or used to flavour pizza or focaccia.
After opening store in the fridge for up to 20 days. Not suitable for early childhood.

Hot salami typical of the Calabrian culinary tradition, obtained with finely chopped Italian pork (bacon, bacon and lard), chilli pepper and salt. Once the seasoning cycle is over, it is removed from the gut, mixed with olive oil and placed in glass jars and pasteurized.
It is very appreciated for the preparation of excellent bruschettas and succulent sandwiches, to be spread on pizza or focaccia. Much used to flavor first courses.
INGREDIENTS: Pork meat, salt between 2/2.4%, spicy or sweet pepper flavours, olive oil, antioxidant ascorbic acid (E300) below the legal limits, preservative potassium nitrate (E252) below the legal limits, gluten-free and lactose-free, no allergens, no GMOs.
Keep in a cool place at 12°/13° C, expiring 24 months after packaging. After opening, store in the fridge between 0° and 4° for up to 20 days. Not suitable for early childhood.
