This quality of pecorino cheese has undergone a natural process to obtain an aromatic and fragrant taste, through fermentation in oak barrels and layered in walnut leaves.
Excellent to be consumed alone accompanied by a good glass of red wine, but also to be enjoyed with a few teaspoons of our honey or our jams.
