Pecorino cheese "il Grottesco", aged according to the famous "in fossa" method.
The maturation process of this type of cheese follows the strict rules of tradition according to which the cheeses are stored and packed for 3 months with different varieties of herbs in an underground pit. At the end of the ripening process, the cheeses acquire a strong and fragrant characteristic taste.
Excellent to taste at the table, grated on pasta but also in flakes with a good red wine.
CONSERVABILITY: 8 Months
WARNINGS FOR STORAGE: Store the product in the refrigerator
